Store Manager

Location : Gandhinagar Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month Experience : 2-3 Years Qualification : Graduate (Any Discipline)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in Retail Store Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in retail sales, inventory management, and customer service.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
