About the Role

DiabeticShoe.in is looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele caller who will assist customers by handling inquiries, guiding them about diabetic and orthopedic footwear products, and supporting order conversions. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding product inquiries and orders.
- Explain features and perks of diabetic and orthopedic footwear products .
- Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs .
- Follow up with potential leads and website inquiries .
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders .
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and order status.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for order processing.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and basic support queries .




- Support post-sale follow-ups and customer satisfaction .

Requirements :

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of customer service or telemarketing .
- Comfortable handling calls and explaining products.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or order management tools).
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally .

Preferred Skills

- Experience in e-commerce or customer support .
- Understanding of healthcare or orthopedic products is a plus.
