Job Description - Delivery Coordinator

Company : Toyota Authorized Dealership Location : Chembur, Mumbai Experience : 1-3 Years (Automobile dealership preferred) Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete new vehicle delivery process , ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, RTO, insurance, and workshop teams while delivering an excellent customer experience at the time of vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales, accounts, insurance, and workshop teams to prepare vehicles for delivery.
- Maintain and update the vehicle booking and delivery tracker .
- Ensure PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) , accessories fitting, fuel, cleaning, and vehicle readiness before delivery.
- Verify and prepare all delivery documents such as invoice, insurance, RC papers, and delivery checklist.
- Schedule delivery appointments with customers and inform the sales team of delivery timelines.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly decorated and ready at the time of customer arrival .
- Explain basic vehicle features and documents to the customer during delivery.




- Maintain delivery records and ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover .

Requirements :

- Graduate / Diploma in any field

- 1-3 years experience in automobile dealership or showroom operations :

- Basic knowledge of RTO documentation and vehicle delivery process :

- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools)

- Ability to handle multiple deliveries and deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Automobile dealership experience

- Strong customer service and coordination ability :

- Time management and attention to detail

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
