Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure smooth store functioning, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for inventory management.
- Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage store expenses and optimize operational costs.




- Handle vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in retail, inventory, warehouse, or store management.
- Proven experience in managing teams and store operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
