Job Description

- We are hiring for Retail industry

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement : Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Product Expertise : Demonstrate features and perks, explaining technical details for, for example, electronic appliances or furniture.
- Sales Generation : Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and increase revenue through upselling.
- Showroom Maintenance : Keep the sales floor, displays, and stock organized, clean, and well-merchandised.
- Operations & Transactions : Process cash/card transactions accurately, manage inventory checks, and process customer orders.
- Customer Service : Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships
- Part time job is also available
