Role Overview

Seacom Skill School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Retail Trainer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions focused on retail operations, customer service, sales techniques, and employability skills. The trainer will play a key role in preparing students and trainees for careers in the retail industry through practical learning and industry-oriented training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for retail and customer service programmes.
- Train students on retail operations, store management, visual merchandising, billing processes, inventory handling, and customer relationship management.
- Deliver sessions on communication skills, personality development, sales techniques, and workplace etiquette.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and training materials as per curriculum requirements.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical activities, and regular feedback sessions.




- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Support students in interview preparation, grooming sessions, and placement readiness activities.
- Ensure an engaging and interactive learning environment for trainees.
- Follow training standards and compliance guidelines as required by the programme.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer handling.
- Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions.
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in B.A / B.Sc / B.Com or relevant discipline.
- TOT Certification is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in retail training, retail operations, sales, or related fields.
- Prior experience in skill development or vocational training will be an added advantage.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
