Job description : Roles and Responsibilities:

- 1. Responsible for handling payment follow up from banking customers over the phone.

1. Update the collection list on a daily basis.

- 1. Excellent communication skills

- Work experience as Customer Care, Tele caller, Telemarketer, collection or recovery agent, tele sales or a similar role.

- Customer service orientation & Learning & communication skills.

- Basic Computer skills in Word and Excel is required

- Tally knowledge
