Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel inquiries and assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings.
- Plan and customize travel itineraries, tour packages, and hotel bookings.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
- Provide accurate information about travel destinations, packages, and pricing.
- Maintain client records and follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback.
- Resolve travel-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel booking systems (MMT, TBO, Clear trip and GDS software) and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and travel queries
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
