About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Welcome patients and provide a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
- Build strong relationships with patients and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Guide patients regarding available treatment plans and services based on their needs.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications.
- Monitor patient retention initiatives and improve engagement through regular follow-up.
- Support the clinic team in achieving operational and business objectives.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to deliver quality patient care.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, skincare, aesthetics, hospitality, or customer service industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
