About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our sales team at Essencials. You will play a vital role in generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and converting inquiries into rental agreements. If you are a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads to generate interest in Essencials' rental offerings.
- Understand client requirements and pitch the most suitable printer/IT rental packages.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Schedule site visits or product demonstrations for the sales/operations team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
- Address basic queries regarding pricing, rental terms, and service coverage.
- Collect feedback from existing clients and flag any concerns to the operations team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client communications.

Required Qualifications

- Any graduate — B.Com, BA,



BBA, or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable with MS Excel, basic data entry, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in B2B sales, IT products, or office solutions industry.
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM or similar sales tools.
- Ability to handle rejections calmly and persist with follow-ups.
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
