Key Responsibilities :

- Product Demonstrations :

- Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations for potential and existing clients including our Internal Team.

- Highlight key features and perks, addressing any questions or concerns during demonstrations.

- Training :

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and internal teams.

- Create training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning and product usage.

- Client Support :

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

- Communication :

- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi with clients and team members.

- Ensure clear, concise, and professional interactions in all communications.

- Operational Support :

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

- Education :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BTEch or a related field with SAAS exposure.

- Experience :

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations,



customer service, or training.

- Skills :

- Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi and Marathi.

- Strong presentation and training skills.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with CRM software preferably SAAS oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
