Job Title :Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Location :DPS Sector 67A**, Gurugram (approximately 30 minutes from Millenium City Centre or Sector 54 Gurugram metro station)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about programs, facilities, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills. :

- Solid interpersonal skills .

- Proficient in using communication systems and technology. :

- Detail-oriented and organized. :

- Previous experience in telecommunication or customer service is a plus.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent ( freshers/graduates welcome). :

- Familiarity with telecommunication equipment and systems.

Compensation

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
