Key Responsibilities - Counsel and guide patients and their families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and healthcare services. - Explain hospital policies, packages, insurance processes, and financial estimates clearly to patients. - Coordinate appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and referrals with doctors and departments. - Maintain accurate patient records, counseling notes, and documentation in hospital systems. - Address patient concerns, complaints, and queries with empathy and professionalism. - Support patients emotionally and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their treatment journey. - Follow up with patients for reports, medication adherence, recovery updates, and future consultations. - Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals, claims, and documentation. - Educate patients about preventive healthcare, wellness programs, and post-treatment care instructions. - Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.



- Assist in achieving patient satisfaction and conversion targets where applicable. - Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care coordination. - Support marketing or outreach activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and patient engagement initiatives when required. Preferred Skills - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and patient-handling abilities - Knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminology - Good organizational and coordination skills - Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple patients simultaneously Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Psychology, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred - Prior experience in hospital counseling, patient relations, healthcare coordination, or customer service is an advantage Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
