- Manage admission leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate enrolment data and reporting systems.
- Assist in developing enrolment campaigns and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with academic teams to support admission approvals.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure enrolment completion.
- Provide excellent customer service during the enrolment process.
- Monitor enrolment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in student engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with enrolment policies and procedures.
