ob description: Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Showcase jewellery products to customers
- Explain product details such as design, quality, purity, pricing, and care
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items
- Keep records of sales transactions and customer details

Requirements :

- Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales (preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to close sales and handle high-value transactions
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or willingness to learn

Qualification :

- Minimum graduate (as per company standards)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
