Job Title- Presentation Designer

Location : Mumbai / Remote

Job Type- Freelancer or Part-time (6-8 hours per week)

We have ambitious growth targets in Global market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

Experience Required : 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with the production of pitchbook materials and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.
- Produce high-quality design work including: PowerPoint presentations in a range of formats
- MS Excel - creation of charts and tables
- Concept and page layout designs
- Formatting Word documents
- Produce high-quality design work including Isometric creations and illustrations Covers and template creations
- Conceptual artworks
- Map Tracing
- Should be able to manage multiple projects, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality design work.
- Communicate with global team to understand their requirements and present complex ideas visually.
- Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.
- Ensure all materials produced are correctly branded as per Company standards.
- Be responsible for quality control of own work




- Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business ojectives.
- Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant work experience in presentations and design support within a corporate, service-oriented environment.
- Must be able to provide a portfolio / sample of latest presentations, graphics and creative work.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Must have
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
- Knowledge of external print processes - preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree. Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Solid creative vision to develop new design ideas.
- Readiness to follow policies and procedures.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.
