A Telecaller in the mobile/communications sector is responsible for contacting customers by phone to promote mobile products, telecom services, and support customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote mobile phones, SIM cards, and telecom plans .
- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.
- Generate sales leads and appointments for the sales team.
- Answer customer inquiries about mobile devices and communication services.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Handle customer complaints and provide basic support.
- Achieve daily or monthly calling and sales targets .

Required Skills :

Qualification

- Graduate :

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
