About Us

Kinkob Kreations is a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and hotel linen products, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound telesales calls and manage inbound inquiries.
- Generate leads and maintain a proper database of potential clients.
- Arrange and organize customer data using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers and close sales.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Maintain daily call reports, sales records, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 1+ year in Sales / Telesales (mandatory).
- Proven experience in lead generation, telecalling, and sales conversion.




- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic computer operations .
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi .
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage data, multitask, and work under targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.

Education

- Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (mandatory).
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) - pursuing or completed will be given preference.
