Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or service updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales or field team when required.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English (local language preferred).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
