We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for a blended Voice & Chat process . This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Chandigarh/Mohali .

Job Details

- Location : Chandigarh / Mohali
- Work Mode : Work From Office

- Working Days : 5.5 days/week (Rotational week off)
- Interview Mode : Walk-in Interview (Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer interactions via voice calls and chat :

- Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and services

- Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required





- Adhere to company policies and service standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Communication : Excellent spoken and written English
- Willingness to work night shifts with a rotational week off

Salary & Benefits

- Salary : Up to ₹33,000 CTC per month

- Cab Facility : Available for female employees during night shifts
