About this Role : What you will do : Who you are :

- A graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- Skilled in consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and time management.
- Proficient in Boolean search, Microsoft Office tools, ATS/SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and AI‑driven recruitment technologies.
- Analytical, data‑driven, and capable of improving processes to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Experienced in corporate or staffing environments (preferred).
- A self‑starter with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
