Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Kama-Yu products.
- Explain product features, ingredients, usage, and general perks clearly and professionally.
- Build trust and maintain a comfortable, respectful conversation with customers.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
- Confirm customer details, including name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Process and confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with previous customers for repeat purchases where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery team regarding confirmed orders.




- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company communication guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and confident in handling objections.
- Ability to explain products in a simple and convincing manner.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or direct sales is preferred.
- Experience in health, wellness, Ayurvedic, or personal-care products is an advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
