We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Retail Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence by visiting retail outlets, generating orders, building solid customer relationships, and increasing product visibility in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities :

- Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships. Visit corporate offices, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, and institutions to promote uniform and apparel solutions. :

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential clients. :

- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives. :

- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding customer requirements. Maintain customer records and sales reports. :

- Collect market feedback and competitor information.





- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Key Skills Required

- Knowledge of Field Sales / B2B Sales. :

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer relationship management abilities. :

- Ability to generate leads and close sales.

- Basic knowledge of uniforms, garments, apparel, or têxtile products will be preferred. :

- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

- Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales experience.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,024.26 per month
