Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with clients for quotations and follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate between sales team, suppliers, and customers for smooth order processing.
- Follow up on pending quotations, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales records, customer database, and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with logistics for shipment, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare reports for sales activities, pending orders, and customer status.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance documents.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
