Job Title: Sales Coordinator - South Region Location : Head Office - Vadodara Industry : Construction Chemicals Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the South Region sales team for daily sales activities and customer support.
- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and follow-up with internal departments.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, customer databases, and sales records.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients regarding orders and deliveries.
- Support the sales team in quotation preparation, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Track sales targets and assist in achieving regional business goals.
- Communicate with production, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Manage CRM updates and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Sales Team.





Required Skills :

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.

- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Preferred Language Requirement : Qualification:

- Any Graduate/MBA preferred.

- Experience in sales coordination/customer support preferred.

Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in construction chemicals, paints, building materials, or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
