Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell assigned laboratory products/instruments within designated territories.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify target customers, industry segments, and new business opportunities.

Build strong long-term customer relationships through regular visits and support.

Achieve assigned targets brand-wise and customer segment-wise.

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

Coordinate quotations, order processing, and customer requirements with internal teams.

Maintain sales reports, customer records, and market feedback updates.

Travel to customer locations for business development and support activities.

Additional Responsibilities - Instrument Sales Position

Handle sales of analytical,



electrochemistry, and general laboratory instruments.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.

Coordinate after-sales support and customer service activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Instrumentation, or related scientific fields.

2-5 years of experience in laboratory product/instrument sales or related industries.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Technical knowledge of laboratory instruments will be an added advantage for the instrument sales role.

Multilingual communication skills preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
