Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business from contractors, builders, factories, and industrial clients

- Promote and sell construction materials, machinery products, and safety items :

- Visit project sites, customer offices, and industrial areas for field sales

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers

- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients

- Follow up on leads, payments, and dispatch schedules

- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for smooth delivery

- Meet monthly sales targets and business goals

- Track market trends and competitor activities

- Submit daily sales visit and customer reports

Requirements :

- Experience in field sales, B2B sales,



or construction material sales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of hardware, machinery, construction products, or PPE safety items
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills

Qualification

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with sales interest can also apply
