We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our pharmaceutical sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to chemists, distributors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell our pharma products over the phone. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to chemists, stockists, distributors, doctors, and clinics to promote pharma products
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders regularly
- Maintain and update customer database with call records and feedback
- Achieve monthly sales targets and call volume goals
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers to potential customers clearly
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and referrals
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the reporting manager

Requirements :





- Any Graduate (B.Pharma / B.Sc. / B.Com or similar preferred)
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or pharma sales
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and pharma distribution channel
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented approach
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools
