Coordinate between field sales team and head office.
- Prepare daily reports and schedule meetings.
- Receive and check orders (profiles, glass, fittings).
- Coordinate with production and dispatch for on-time delivery.
- Keep customers updated about their order status.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Maintain all documents and records properly.
- Answer inquiries from architects, contractors, and dealers.
- Follow up for pending payments.
- Ensure samples and brochures are available in the showroom.
- Keep checking stock regularly.
- Build positive relationships with existing customers.
- Bring new business from projects and site visits.
- Submit weekly reports to the manager.
