Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide a team of FLS executives towards monthly & quarterly targets
- Generate leads through field visits, local activations, and networking
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to promote Casagrand properties
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals effectively
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure seamless documentation, reporting, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive referrals

What We're Looking For :

- 1 -12 years of field sales experience,



preferably in real estate
- Team handling or supervisory experience in sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends/holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, etc.
