Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Associate (PSA) who will handle inbound leads, understand client requirements, and explain Ad2Ship’s services to potential customers before transferring qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from website, ads, and social media

Understand client business requirements and D2C goals

Explain Ad2Ship services such as: Shopify website development

Performance marketing

Logistics and shipping solutions

D2C growth services

Qualify leads and schedule demo calls or meetings for the sales team

Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM or lead sheets

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversion

Requirements : Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce

Positive client handling and problem-understanding skills

Preferred

Experience in IT sales / digital marketing sales / telecalling

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
