Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and consultations
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Explain treatment packages, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and front desk teams for smooth patient flow
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals




- Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Counselling (Healthcare, Aesthetic, Wellness, or Service Industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Professional and presentable demeanor
