Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements (floor, wall, bathroom, kitchen tiles)
- Show tile samples, designs, sizes, finishes, and explain features
- Suggest suitable tiles as per customer budget and usage
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation
- Convert walk-in customers into sales
- Coordinate with store staff for stock availability and dispatch
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Handle basic billing or coordinate with billing team
- Keep showroom clean, organized, and well-displayed
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in retail sales (tiles / sanitary / building materials preferred)




- Valuable communication skills
- Customer-friendly and convincing nature
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer knowledge (quotation, WhatsApp, Excel - preferred)

Qualification

- 10th / 12th pass or above
- Sales experience is more important than qualification

Salary & Benefits

- Rs 20,000-30,000 (based on skills and experience)
- Fixed Salary + Sales Incentive
