Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Minerals

Experience: 1-2 Years (Mineral / Building Material Sales)

Package: ₹2.5 - ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote company mineral products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as Mining, Construction, Ceramic, and Real Estate.
- Promote and sell products including China Clay, Marble, M-Sand, Silica, and related mineral materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
- Maintain daily sales reports, client visit reports,



and sales pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years of field sales experience in minerals, mining, construction materials, or building products.
- Positive knowledge of products such as China Clay, Marble, M-Sand, Silica, or related materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur (C-Scheme location) if required.
