Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current B2B clients
- Conduct regular field visits for business development
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain sales records, reports, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria

Education :

- Graduate (BBA / B.Com preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

Experience :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales

Required Skills :





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and client management abilities
- Result-oriented and target-focused approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
