Key Responsibilities

Effective order targeting and structured product explanation

Expand and strengthen dealer & retailer network

Payment collection wherever necessary

Customer relationship management & on-spot grievance resolution

Market intelligence and competitor tracking

Achieve monthly billing targets consistently

Sales Incentive Structure

₹10,00,000 Sales - ₹5,000 Bonus

₹15,00,000 Sales - ₹5,000 Bonus

₹20,00,000 Sales - ₹10,000 Bonus

Total Bonus Achievable: ₹20,000

Compensation & Advantages

Base Salary: ₹22,500

2 Movie Tickets per month

6 Working Days per week

Must be well-versed with Srikakulam & nearby markets

Languages Required: Telugu (mandatory), Hindi & English

Must own a bike

Experience in hardware / electrical / building material trade preferred

Strong negotiation & relationship-building ability

Target-driven with strong field discipline
