Hiring for a Product based company located in Mumbai, Kandivali. The product is a leading enterprise communication and learning platform that enables organizations to engage employees, partners, and stakeholders through rich digital content.

THE ROLE

The Inside Sales Executive will support business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities. The role requires effective communication of HR Tech solutions and close coordination with internal teams to convert leads into meaningful business engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
- Develop a robust understanding of our products and solutions
- Clearly communicate product value propositions to prospective customers
- Address initial client queries and coordinate with internal teams for demos or detailed discussions
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proactively improve communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
