We're currently Hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team at Connexpark Infosolution for a sales voice process in a WFO setup at our Kanpur location. Key Requirements: Proficient in International BPO operations.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Establish enduring connections and involve customers by going the extra mile.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Capable of working in night shifts.
