Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This role is the bridge between our customers, technical vendors, and logistics. You will manage the full sales cycle—from technical queries and quotations to sourcing hardware from the market/OEMs and ensuring the final kit reaches the client.

Key Responsibilities

1 . Sales Support & Client Relations

- Quote Generation : Prepare and send skilled quotations, ensuring pricing aligns with current IT market volatility.
- Persistent Follow-up :Track sent quotes and conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into Purchase Orders (POs).

2. IT Procurement & OEM Relations

- Strategic Sourcing :Procure IT hardware and components from the local market or authorized distributors to meet client requirements.
- OEM Management :Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for project pricing, registration, and product availability.
- Vendor Benchmarking : Evaluate and manage a database of reliable vendors to ensure quick turnaround times for hard-to-find components.

CRM & Technical Documentation
- Activity Tracking :Log every interaction and "punch" detailed remarks in the CRM for every client follow-up.
- Sales Closing : Update CRM records immediately for every Lead Won or Closed, ensuring data integrity.
- Financial Record Keeping :Upload and post Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and EC (Electronic Clearance/Entry) Receivings into the CRM to ensure the billing cycle is complete.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with IT Hardware categories (Networking, Storage, Computing, and Peripherals).

CRM Expertise :Proficiency in CRM tools; ability to maintain "clean" data is critical.

Negotiation Skills :Ability to negotiate with IT vendors to protect company margins.

Education :A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
