About the Role : YKG Aviation is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with qualified leads, explain our aviation training programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands sales conversations, and is driven by targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Call and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
- Explain aviation courses clearly and professionally
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward enrollment
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets

Requirements :

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred




- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
