Job Overview

Y-Axis is seeking dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Representative . In this role, you will counsel prospective clients on overseas education, immigration, and visa solutions while driving sales through effective relationship management and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective clients regarding overseas education, immigration, and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Y-Axis services.
- Build robust client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations,



and overseas education opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Academic Counselling .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
