Through its agriculture and livelihood initiatives, JPM Society works closely with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), agri-input suppliers, and market partners to improve farm productivity, increase farmer incomes, and strengthen rural enterprises.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell high-quality Banana Tissue Culture Plants to farmers, nurseries, FPOs, and agri-dealers.
- Market agricultural inputs such as bio-fertilizers, micronutrients, crop nutrition products, crop protection solutions, and other farm inputs.
- Generate business opportunities for processed agricultural produce and value-added farm products.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, institutional buyers, and business partners.
- Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, awareness programs, and product promotion activities.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, agri-input retailers, cooperatives, FPOs, and rural entrepreneurs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.




- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily field reports.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Rural Development, or any related discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in agricultural field sales, agri-inputs, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tissue culture plants, irrigation products, or allied sectors.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of banana cultivation and horticulture will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

- Own motorcycle (Bike) for field travel.
- Valid Driving License.
- Android Smartphone for communication, reporting, and business updates.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Preferred

- Personal Laptop for preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and accessing digital business platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and basic digital reporting tools.
