Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and production team for order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for smooth shipment.
- Manage sample dispatches and technical data sheets.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.




- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

Requirements :

- Experience : 0-2 years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support (preferably in Minerals, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industry).
- Education : Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, or any other relevant field). MBA is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi required; Gujarati is a plus).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
