Job Title : Field Sales Executive (Insurance Advisor)

Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience Required : 0-2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary : We are hiring a Field Sales Executive (Insurance Advisor) to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their financial needs, and suggesting suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
- Meet clients and explain insurance products and benefits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Assist clients with documentation and policy processing




- Provide after-sales support and follow-ups

Requirements :

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- 0-2 years of experience in sales (insurance/field sales preferred)
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Work Details :

- Job Type : Full-time
- Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Week Off : As per company policy
