Job Title : Advertising Sales & Marketing Executive Company : Shiva Media

Role Overview We are looking for a driven qualified to generate business for outdoor advertising solutions including hoardings, billboards, transit media, and branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and approach brands, corporate clients, local businesses, and advertising agencies
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and digital outreach
- Pitch outdoor advertising opportunities and prepare client proposals
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat campaigns
- Track seasonal advertising demand, competitor activity, and market opportunities




- Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of client campaigns

Requirements :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Confidence in field sales and business development
- Ability to understand client branding requirements and suggest suitable media options
- Prior experience in advertising sales, media sales, B2B sales, or marketing preferred

Location : Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Experience : 1-3 years preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)

Pay: ₹15,000.12 - ₹21,000.53 per month
