Experience: 1-4 Years MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory)

What you'll own:

- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- HR operations & policy implementation
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- Training & Learning Development
- Exam Center coordination (Pearson & PSI — full training provided)
- General HR administration

What we're looking for: →1 - 3 years in an HR Generalist or HR Ops role → Robust communicator with solid people instincts → Proactive, organized, and genuinely growth-oriented

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
