Job Summary : The Admission Counsellor cum Centre In-Charge is responsible for guiding prospective students regarding courses, handling admissions, and managing the daily operations of the centre. The role includes student counselling, admission conversion, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

A. Admission Counselling

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Guide students through the admission process including form filling and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records, enquiry registers, and student database.
- Coordinate with management regarding admission targets and progress.

B. Centre Management (Centre In-Charge Role)

- Manage day-to-day operations of the centre or institute.
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure proper discipline and a qualified environment in the centre.
- Maintain records related to attendance, admissions, fees,



and student performance.
- Coordinate with faculty for smooth conduct of classes and examinations.
- Handle student and parent concerns professionally.
- Prepare periodic reports for management regarding admissions and academic activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and infrastructure of the centre.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management preferred).
- Good communication and counselling skills.

Skills Required :

- Problem-solving and customer handling ability.

Experience

- 0-3 years experience in admissions, counselling, or educational administration preferred.
- Experience in an educational institute will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
