Job Summary

The Marathi Typist is responsible for typing, preparing, and maintaining documents, letters, reports, and other official communications in Marathi language . The role requires proficiency in Marathi typing, accuracy, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. The typist may also assist in filing, scanning, and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Typing & Document Preparation

- Type letters, reports, notices, and other documents in Marathi accurately.
- Prepare official correspondence as per departmental requirements.
- Format and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity .

Data Entry & Record Management

- Enter data into computer systems or databases in Marathi.
- Maintain and update records, files, and registers.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information .

Administrative Support

- Assist in preparing office reports, presentations, and forms .
- Scan, photocopy, and organize documents as required.
- Coordinate with other staff for document circulation.

Communication & Coordination





- Communicate clearly in Marathi for office correspondence.
- Assist in translating documents between Marathi and English/Hindi , if required.
- Support senior staff in clerical and administrative tasks.

Required Skills :

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in Marathi :

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) :

- Valuable command of Marathi grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Educational Qualifications

- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduation :

- Certificate or diploma in Marathi typing preferred

Experience

- 2-5 years experience as a Marathi Typist or in clerical/data entry roles
- Experience in office administration or government/private office preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
