Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day IT support to doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, pharmacy, lab, and other departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security systems.
- Monitor server performance, system backups, antivirus updates, and data security measures.
- Handle hardware installation and troubleshooting (desktops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, barcode systems).
- Coordinate with HIS vendors and third-party IT service providers for issue resolution and upgrades.
- Ensure proper data backup, disaster recovery planning, and patient data confidentiality.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and AMC records.
- Support CCTV systems, IP telephony, and access control systems.




- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital IT policies and standards.

Required Skills :

- Solid knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewall basics)
- Windows Server & Desktop Administration
- Basic SQL/database knowledge
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data security and cybersecurity practices

Preferred :

- Experience in NABH accredited hospital
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment integration
- Ability to handle emergency IT breakdowns
