Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

BOM Management

- Create, verify, and upload Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system.
- Ensure BOM accuracy as per approved engineering drawings and project requirements.
- Revise and update BOMs based on engineering change requests.
- Coordinate with the Design Department for BOM validation and corrections.

ERP Data Management

- Maintain item masters, material codes, and ERP master data.
- Upload and update project-related data in ERP.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate ERP reports as required by management.

Project Coordination

- Support project teams with data preparation and documentation.
- Track project-related material requirements and ERP updates.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth project execution.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




- Analyze data using Excel and present findings to management.
- Maintain project trackers and progress reports.

Documentation & Administration

- Maintain project records and ERP documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Office.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in ERP systems and BOM management preferred.
- Freshers with solid Excel skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
